Public Offer (License Agreement)
Version dated March 28, 2025

This Public Offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer" or "Agreement" depending on context) constitutes a proposal by Individual Entrepreneur Andrey Dmitrievich Potapov (hereinafter referred to as the "Licensor"), who published this Offer in accordance with Articles 435 and 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, regarding the provision of paid licenses under the following terms:
1. Subject of the Agreement
1.1. This Offer is valid and shall be interpreted in accordance with the previously accepted User Agreement by the Licensee. In any case, acceptance of this Offer constitutes acceptance of the User Agreement available in the Service.
1.2. The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive license to use the "Sufler.pro" software (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") within the limits and under the terms specified in this Agreement, and the Licensee accepts and agrees to comply with the usage terms established by the Licensor.
1.3. The Licensor grants the Licensee the right to use the Service solely within the declared functionality and under the terms defined in the applicable pricing plan available at the time of Agreement conclusion.
2. Pricing Plans
2.1. The Licensor provides access to the Service's functionality under the pricing plans specified in this section.
2.2. "Free" Plan: The Licensee may use limited functionality of the Service without paying a license fee, subject to acceptance of the User Agreement. This plan includes access to the following features:

• Access to Editor functions, including text synchronization via the internet, chapter and overall text timing calculation, chapter reordering, and "SMART SCRIPT" with a limit of 5 chapters.
• Font display adjustment, scroll speed settings, start delay timer, text/chapter looping, chapter swiping, and center-screen focus (for mirror teleprompter functions).
• "Full HD" video recording with the Service's logo overlay; maximum recording duration: 5 minutes (for selfie teleprompter function).

2.3. "Pro" Plan: The Licensee may use extended functionality of the Service on a paid basis. This plan includes all features of the "Free" plan, plus:

• Unlimited "SMART SCRIPT" chapters.
• Remote control of mobile devices in mirror teleprompter mode.
• Support for Bluetooth remotes and keyboards.

2.4. "Pro+" Plan: The Licensee may use additional Service features under a paid license. This plan includes all "Pro" plan features, plus:

• Advanced editor settings, including automatic pause insertion.
• Voice-activated scrolling for iOS and Android (except Android selfie teleprompter mode).
• Text editor control in mirror teleprompter mode.
• Smartwatch control (Wear OS).
• "Full HD" and "4K" video recording without logo overlay or duration limits in selfie teleprompter mode.
• Local Wi-Fi text synchronization for one teleprompter.

2.5. "Studio" Plan: The Licensee may use all available Service features under a paid license. This plan includes all "Pro+" features, plus:

• Multi-camera studio functions, including unlimited connected devices and wireless teleprompter synchronization.

2.6. License fees paid by the Licensee are non-refundable, including in cases of non-use during the subscription period.
2.7. This Agreement is subject to the provisions of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation on subscription agreements (Article 429.4).
3. Payment Methods
3.1. The Licensee may pay for Service access using payment methods provided by the Licensor.
3.2. Payments are made non-cash via payment systems available in the Service or through distribution platforms (Google Play, App Store, etc.).
3.3. Payment method availability depends on the platform and the Licensee's geographical location.
3.4. Annual subscriptions may be purchased via the Licensor's website (https://pixaero.pro/catalog/programmnoe_obespechenie/):

• One-time payment without auto-renewal.
• A unique activation promo code is delivered via email or WhatsApp.
• The Licensee manually activates the subscription in the Service.
• 3.5. Auto-renewing subscriptions may be purchased via https://sufler.pro/:
• Redirect to a payment service for email-linked subscription setup.
• Automatic activation after successful payment.
• Recurring charges at each billing cycle start.
• 3.6. Mobile app users may pay via platform-specific methods:
• Apple devices in Russia: Carrier billing (MTS, Beeline) via Apple ID phone number linkage.
• Apple devices outside Russia: Apple ID-linked bank cards.
• Android devices in Russia: Robokassa with card linkage.
• Android devices abroad: Google Pay (if available) or Robokassa.

4. General Payment Terms
4.1. Russian Licensees: Auto-debit from linked cards (recurring payments).
4.2. International Licensees: One-time monthly payments.
4.3. The Licensor is not responsible for restrictions imposed by payment systems, banks, or carriers.
4.4. All payments are non-cash via Licensor-supported methods, with 100% prepayment required.
4.5. Prices shown in the Service may differ from those in payment systems; the latter take precedence.
4.6. Payment-related fees (e.g., commissions) are borne by the Licensee.
5. Auto-Payment Terms
5.1. Card-linked subscriptions authorize automatic recurring charges per the selected plan.
5.2. Failed payments (insufficient funds, card block, etc.) may result in Service suspension.
5.3. The Licensor may modify auto-payment terms with prior notice.
5.4. Technical payment delays do not constitute grounds for claims against the Licensor.
5.5. Service uninstallation does not cancel auto-payments.
6. Auto-Payment Cancellation
6.1. Cancellation procedures vary by subscription method:

• Robokassa: Follow the link in the initial purchase email or contact support@pixaero.pro.
• App Store: Cancel via device Settings > Subscriptions.
• Google Play: Cancel via Google Play Subscriptions.
• 6.2. Cancellation does not trigger refunds and takes effect after the paid period ends.
• 6.3. The Licensor is not liable for cancellation delays caused by incorrect user actions.
